Crab Toast with smoked chilli aioli, stracciatella, pistachio. Peruvian-inspired Hamachi & Red Shrimp Ceviche. Decadent Lobster Nduja Pasta loaded with scallops, calamari, and bottarga shavings. Your main: Smoked Blackened Cod with pineapple salsa or Sticky Ribeye Steak with caramelised habanero soy and creamy polenta. Chocolate Mille-Feuille to end—chocolate mousse, hazelnut praline sandwiched in a crisp puff pastry and finished with raspberry coulis.
